About Cedarwood: Cedarwood Oil is obtained from wood of the plant known as juniperus virginiana which is from cupressaceae family. This oil has a woody smell and is pale yellow and sometimes even darker in colour. Cedarwood Oil is best known for balancing energy and promoting spirituality in our mind. Cedarwood chips and its saw dust can be steamed distilled to get this essential oil. The Oil yield is as high as 35%.

History of Cedarwood: Cedarwood Tree is native of North America and can grow up to 100 feet in height. This tree can also age up to 1000 years.
